1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Dati inseriti dall’utente
L’app può trattare e salvare prenotazioni, dati cliente, telefono, email, note, acconti, saldi, documenti acquisiti, preferenze di notifica, profilo attività e dati necessari alla gestione degli appuntamenti. Questi dati sono inseriti volontariamente dall’utente per usare le funzioni dell’app.
3. Conservazione locale
Quando possibile, i dati restano salvati localmente sul dispositivo dell’utente. Lo sviluppatore non accede direttamente ai contenuti salvati localmente dall’utente.
4. iCloud, backup e sincronizzazione
Se l’app prevede backup, sincronizzazione o ripristino tramite iCloud o servizi Apple, tali dati sono gestiti secondo le impostazioni dell’account Apple dell’utente e le informative Apple applicabili.
5. Notifiche
Se abilitate, le notifiche sono gestite da iOS e servono a ricordare eventi, attività o informazioni scelte dall’utente. L’utente può disattivarle dalle impostazioni del dispositivo.
6. Acquisti In-App e abbonamenti
L’app può offrire funzioni Premium tramite acquisti In-App o abbonamenti gestiti da Apple. Pagamenti, rinnovi, prove gratuite, cancellazioni e rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo le condizioni dell’App Store.
7. Servizi esterni
Alcune funzioni possono aprire servizi esterni, come email, WhatsApp, mappe, servizi Apple o collegamenti web. L’uso di tali servizi è regolato dalle rispettive condizioni e informative privacy.
Bookora può usare iCloud per backup/ripristino scelti dall’utente e può aprire WhatsApp per inviare conferme di prenotazione. I messaggi sono inviati solo dall’utente tramite WhatsApp.
8. Finalità del trattamento
I dati sono usati per consentire il funzionamento dell’app, salvare le preferenze dell’utente, gestire eventuali funzioni Premium, migliorare stabilità e qualità e rispondere a richieste di supporto.
9. Diritti dell’utente
L’utente può richiedere informazioni, chiarimenti, rettifica o cancellazione di eventuali dati trattati dallo sviluppatore, nei limiti previsti dalla normativa applicabile, scrivendo all’indirizzo email indicato sopra.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Guzzetti Antonio. For privacy, support, or information requests, contact antonio_719@hotmail.com.
2. User-provided data
The app may process and store bookings, customer data, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, deposits, balances, scanned documents, notification preferences, business profile details, and data required to manage appointments. This data is voluntarily entered by the user to use the app features.
3. Local storage
Whenever possible, data remains stored locally on the user’s device. The developer does not directly access content stored locally by the user.
4. iCloud, backup, and synchronization
If the app supports backup, synchronization, or restore through iCloud or Apple services, those data flows are handled according to the user’s Apple account settings and Apple’s applicable privacy policies.
5. Notifications
If enabled, notifications are handled by iOS and are used to remind the user of events, activities, or information chosen by the user. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.
6. In-App Purchases and subscriptions
The app may offer Premium features through Apple In-App Purchases or subscriptions. Payments, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
7. External services

Bookora may use iCloud for user-selected backup/restore and may open WhatsApp to send booking confirmations. Messages are sent only by the user through WhatsApp.

Data is used to operate the app, save user preferences, manage Premium features where available, improve stability and quality, and respond to support requests.
9. User rights
Users may request information, clarification, correction, or deletion of any data processed by the developer, within the limits of applicable law, by contacting the email address above.
